10 Year Old Brother Gives All For 6 Year Old Sister

by Catfan81.
Young boys pays price for saving sister...
On Decemeber 20th as they walked home from school on a quiet Victoria, Australia road a car suddenly came up behind them and Conner Blythe, 10 pushed his sister Erin 6, out of the way to protect her from the car.

"Connor was walking Erin home from the school bus stop near their Beaufort property when he was struck from behind by a car on the quiet Carngham-Trawalla Rd."

Unfortunately the car hit him head on and he suffered massive head injuries and has been in Royal Children's Hospitalt. Other injuries, including a broken femur, broken elbow and a fractured pelvis, have healed

He can only communicate by blinking his eyes right now.

"He's a hero, there is no other word for it," his father Ray Blythe said yesterday.

Doctors have warned Conner's parents he could be an invalid for life, "but Mr Blythe said he could never allow his son to die. "He's earned the right to a life, the best quality life we can get for him. We'll cross every bridge Connor needs to cross. Those he can't we'll carry him over."

Poor little guy. Brave act for him. I hope he somehow recovers.

I hope the family can find peace with it especially little Erin.
