Indian doctors win British legal battle

By Jishpar     Mar 9, 2007 in World
British government has agreed to remove a discrimatory clause as per Indian doctors appeal in the court. So, he is declared as winner in court.
The clause would have excluded them from job interview and appointment process if they did not have visas beyond August 1, 2007.
High court has to give the hearing on thursday. They have given permission to review the injuction of highly skilled migrant programme.
The Secretary of State's Counsel requested a brief adjournment when the justice was about to give the hearing but the British Association for people of indian origin was prepared to concede.
This sounds very great of UK justice. They have given appropriate justice for Indians.
