New dinosaur species identified

By Fortunesfool     Mar 6, 2007 in Technology
A new dinosaur species has been indentified.
Given the moniker of Albertaceratops nesmoi the new dinosaur was a plant-eater and had horns as thick as a human arm over its eyebrow. It was about 20 feet long and lived 78 million years ago.
Albertaceratops is about 12 million years younger than the oldest known horned dinosaur in North America, Zuniceratops. It represents a mid-point in between older large-horned and later small-horned relatives and is regarded as an exciting find.
