Bill Clinton has expressed his opposition to any attack on Iran over its nuclear program

The comments arised as answer to audience at Kansas State University campus attended by about 9,000 people.
Clinton said on Friday the United States could not be sure that a military strike would destroy Iran's nuclear program, and he noted that Iran's population is three times larger than Iraq's.
His commenta about Iran came when other major powers were discussing imposing new sanctions against Iran over its refusal to uranium enrichment. He also talked about the improvement of economy and health care in US and alleviate poverty abroad.
He argued that two-thirds of Iran's population wants a moderate government So, we need to talk to everybody before you bomb them.
HE also ruled out military action when UN Security Council imposed sanctions in December.
