Terror suspects' assets frozen

The assets of five men from the Birmingham area awaiting trial on terror charges have been frozen by the Bank of England.
Under the Terrorism order 2006,during the move of five men in Birmingham, England.,who were awaiting for trial on terror charges have been frozen on order by the Treasury.
Parviz Khan ,36, Amjad Mahmood ,31,Mohammed Irfan, ,30, Zahoor Iqbal, 29, and Hamid Elasmar, 43 were arrested on different issues like accusing of planning Kidnap and kill a British soldier,failing to disclose information , supplying of equipment abroad.
Under the order the men's finances are to be frozen and "no funds, economic resources or financial services are to be made available, directly or indirectly, to the individuals."
