Former NYC Child Welfare Worker Sentenced for Rape, Incest

A 42-year-old former supervisor at the Administration for Children's Services, was sentenced to 18 to 24 years in prison. He was charged with 181 counts of rape, sodomy, incest and related crimes. He pleaded guilty on Jan. 30 to criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of second-degree rape and incest. He admitted to raping 3 girls and police later found out about a 4th girl.
They gave him the chance to plea so that the girls would not have to testify in court.

Some of the crimes he could not be prosecuted for because the statue of limitations ran out on them.
All the children were under age. His daughter was just 8 when he first started to have sex with her. This continued until she was 22.
Not only did he sexually abuse his own daughter but he also did the same to her best friend. The friend was 15 at the time until she was 24. The last time being 2 days before his arrest.
He also abused his 14 year old daughter the same way and another 13 year old girl of his girlfriends.
He took pictures of the youngest daughter.
The youngest is now 16 and in court she said he torn her life apart and said he has never appologized to her.

He said in court "This has been the most difficult thing I've ever faced in my life,'' "I'm not going to try to offer excuses. Had I had the insight then that I have now, so many things would have been different. As for apologizing, I've apologized as best I could.''

The prosecution said he took children out of homes for less than what he was doing to his own children.

Now 3 of the 4 girls are adults now. I think they should have given him a longer sentence. He is a sicko and the only thing he is sorry about is that he got caught.
