Body Parts Found Scattered in San Diego

A human head and a hand were found today on two San Diego freeways police said.
A truck driver who was driving along when he spotted the bag. When he stopped to have a peak, that's when he discovered the head. The left hand was found by a freeway maintenance worker less than two hours later about 10
Police say that the body parts may belong to a man whose torso was found Monday floating in the a river in the area, that is not very far frpm a U.S. - Mexico border.
"There are no matches through missing people and to my knowledge no leads identifying him," investigators say. "It's incredibly important to know who he is, because otherwise it's difficult to have a starting point for researching his work life, home life, love life, friends, enemies."
