Palm Desktop software Update for Windows Vista
If you have upgraded your computer to Windows Vista, then you can also use your Palm with this new update from Palm Software.

If you have Palm Treo 650, 680, Palm TX, Z22, LifeDrive, Tungsten E2, then click here:

* Palm Desktop software will install on Windows Vista and will synchronise PIM applications (Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Memos).
* Third party desktop applications including those found on your Palm Software Installation CD-ROM (such as carrier branded Dial-up Networking (DUN) desktop software and other applications) may not be compatible with Windows Vista. Please check back for updates from Palm and/or visit the third party application website for updates...

For Palm Windows Mobile Treo 750v compatibility with Windows Vista, click here:

* Windows Vista introduces a new method for device synchronisation called Windows Mobile Device Centre (WMDC).

NOTE: With this new method you are no longer required to install your 'Getting Started' CD-ROM. Microsoft ActiveSync® is not compatible with Windows Vista. However you can still run the 'Getting Started' CD-ROM if you want to use the User Guide or Bonus Applications.

This updates will take care of your Palm applications compatibility with Windows Vista, the main Palm programs will work fine, but other third party programs may or may not work well.
