Thug hurls phone at Judge

If a judge sentences you to two years in jail, an appeal consisting of "tear a phone from the courthouse wall and throw it at his head" is unlikely to be successful
It's been reported that in a North London courtroom yesterday, a Thug threw a telphone at the Judge who sentenced to two years in jail.
Patrick Casey, 33 is reported to have ripped the phone from a desk in the dock and threw it at Judge Michael Addison, missing him and smashing into the wall.
Guards at the courthouse, quickly led him into custody.
In a dramatic scene before getting the 2 years, he barged from the courtroom in a dispute with his lawyer. He admitted burglary and assaulting his former girlfriend.
