James Vernon Holbert Jr was drunk allowed his son who is 14 to drive. The problem is not only is he under-aged but he was drunk as well.
The Father has has pleaded guilty to felony child neglect and faces up to five years in jail.
When the son was driving the car it went off the road and hit a tree and ejected the boy.
The teen was charged with driving without a license and driving after illegal consumption of alcohol, both misdemeanors.
