Lucasfilm files a lawsuit against Digg.com for trademark violation.
Will digg lose its Mark? Who can say as this is the world of press attention and everyone sues each other.
A lawsuit has been filed by Lucasfilm Entertainment Company owned by George Lucas, Star Wars creator, against the Digg.com for trademark violation for using its Digg trademark. This lawsuit has been filed at the the United States Patent and Trademark Office, which says thedigg trademark is in opposition by Lucasfilm Entertainment Company. It was filed on February 5, 2007.
It is a short story, maybe more news will be coming out soon regarding the reason behind this.

If Digg.com can't use the Digg trademark, I can't think of calling it anything else. Why Lucasfilms waits until now to file this lawsuit?
