Lewd remarks in the workplace usually can get your fired, rightfully so if you make remarks such as, in the article, which I won't post here for fear of offending a lot of women.
To me this guy was fired justifiably, however, Ontario Superior Court upheld an arbitrator's ruling "that -- while Mr. Doyle's remarks constituted sexual harassment and created a "poisoned work environment"...the company... "should have sought out lesser punishments rather than firing the manager".
