8-year old -911 Prankster who used Cellphone was Caught by Sheboygan County Police

Wisconsin 8-year old demonstrates little-known cell phone fact: even without service, the 911 feature still works. That she demostrated it over 100 times was the problem.

For a week in the middle of febuary 9-11 had more then 100 calls and each call had nothing but false fire reports, foul language and made-up stories. After the police worked with ATT & T and Tracfone to trace the number that was to a phone that did not work, finally led them to to a 8 year old girl. She was found with the phone in her possession , which was formerly used by the girl's mother who never threw the phone away. Question remains what will the punishment be for this girl? what do you think.
