The article notes International terrorist organizations have strengthened their ties in many Mediterranean nations, including Spain, Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria. There are probably many more recruiters working in the UK, France, Germany etc, as young Muslims are disenfranchised in their adopted countries.

This is a sign of worse things to come, and the spreading of terrorism, once they prefect their strategies.
