Wii: The gaming system for all ages.
The Wii is really taking a nursing home by storm, with old folk really warming to the system. This Sunday there will be a Wii bowling tournament hosted in the respective lounge and 20 retired folk have already signed up to get involved. Better yet, a towel is even being prepared for these newfound gamers to wipe their hands before embarking upon their throw.
""I've never been into video games," said 72-year-old Flora Dierbach last week as her husband took a twirl with the Nintendo Wii's bowling game. "But this is addictive."..."The Wii has become so popular at Sedgebrook that on Sunday afternoon there will be a video game bowling tournament in the lounge. More than 20 residents have signed up to compete."
