Nicole Richie Charged With DUI

Nicole Richie has been charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence. Not her first time, she had a conviction for the same thing in 2003.

If convicted of DUI twice within 10 years, Richie can be sentenced to between 90 days and a year in jail, fined between $390 and $1,000, and have her driving privileges suspended. "Richie was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and an unspecified drug when she was arrested" said prosecution spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons.
