All of us want more energy, and the Food Network has a great list of ten top energy giving foods.
The list includes berries, vegetables, salmon, lean proteins, tea, and more; with an explanatory blurb for each one. Get a few of these in your fridge or cupboards on a regular basis and I can almost guarantee that you'll be grabbing a handful of carrots instead of a Ding-Dong; the trick is to make it easy and convenient.What are your top energy-giving foods (coffee doesn't count)?
