The Metropolitan Police commissioner has called an emergency meeting after the third fatal shooting of a teenager in south London in less than two weeks.
This is a third incident which occured in less than two weeks of teenage found shot dead.
On Wednesday afternoon the 14th of Feb, it is found that a 15 year boy was found dead in his home at Clapham North - South London.
Police were called to the house after a relative discovered his body and the Metropolitan Police commissioner has called an emergency meeting.
Sir Ian Blair will discuss the recent shootings with senior staff and officers from the Met's Specialist Crime Directorate.
Michael Dosunmu a 15 year old boy was shot dead in his bedroom on 06th of Feb while James Andre Smartt-Ford a 16 year old boy was shot dead at Streatham Ice Arena and this is the third incident which occured yesterday in the same area South London.
A community worker in south London, Jennifer Blake, told BBC Breakfast that families needed to pull together to deal with the problem of gun crime.
