It looks like the tide ma be turning in favor of sanity regarding the drug war and marijuana.
In a new major study being published, hundreds of highly esteemed economists are putting their stamp of approval, or endorsing Harvard conclusions about the costs of marijuana enforcement and the potential revenues of legalizing the drug.
