One of his victims sued the Toronto Police force for 1.2 million but was awarded $220,000. She claimed the police did not warn the public about the Balcony Rapists attacks and the judge agreed she was used as "bait".
Drugs were found in his possession December 27th and he admitted to using them on 3 separate occasions. and tests showed he is a high risk to reoffend and is violent still.
Even in prison he tried to rape a nurse there. They would not release him early on parole because he was to dangerous but now there is nothing they can do. He served his alloted time.
Now the streets are unsafe again with a known violent rapist back on the streets.
