Daily Show slams Bremer for the lost money 12 Billion Dollars Cash in Iraq after Bremer's ineffective explanation.
On Thursday's Daily Show, Jon Stewart lampooned former US Iraq consul Paul Bremer who somehow managed to lose $12 billion in cash. Said Democrat Henry Waxman (D) of the US effort to send so much money to Iraq. To do that, the Federal Reserve Bank had to pack 281 million individual bills. This money, mainly $100 bills was packed into bricks and each brick was worth $400,000 each. The cash weighed more than 363 tons. But Bremer didn't give any justification or evidence how the money was spent, there was no accounting in place.

Both Republicans and Democrats are managing this oversight review and says they will be doing more investigation why such inefficiency took place. You can read more about this investigation at this site here.

Stewart jokes that the US must have flown "dipped in gold" cargo planes into the sun. Watch the ending.
