Defying the odds: the ten little lady labradors

By Brandigal (Donna)     Feb 6, 2007 in Lifestyle
A labrador having a little of 10 puppies is not the norm but having a little of all female puppies is very rare.
A 3 year old black labrador named Bamble just had a little of puppies, 10 puppies, all female.
Eight puppies is the average litter to a lab but to have 10 all female beat the odds of more than 1,000-1.
The first puppy was born in the car and had to be helped by a vet, but then all the other puppies were born in the building with no problems at all.
