When you care enough to send the very worst.
Maybe you have an ex girlfriend that dumped you on a holiday, maybe you have an ex-boyfriend that cheated on you, maybe you have an ex that embarrassed you in public and for the life of you, you can't get over it and you carry it with you still.
Well, don't let this Valentine's Day slip past you without letting that un-special someone know how you feel. Did they really think they could get away with that? I don't think so - welcome to your how-to-guide for Valentine's Day revenge.
Every Valentine's day couples in love celebrate their happiness by exchanging romantic gifts and planning romantic time together, but the holiday is not all hugs and kisses, it appears there is a Valentine's Day counter-culture that use the date for revenge that send ex-lovers bitter notes, funeral wreaths and even dead fish via the mail. Several companies offer the services - let's take a look at some of them.

Poison Pen will send an anonymous poison pen card or letter to a former lover for a small fee. They're business is said to boom around Valentine's Day. "Sometimes, people find it very cathartic. It's like therapy, only cheaper," said Harris, whose motto is: "When you care enough to send the very worst."
A best seller card features the phrase 'Words Fail Me' written in red ink on a black background and opens to reveal an illustration of a hand that is flipping the reader off.

This website offers include a photograph of a red rose with the phrase: "You were meant for me. Perhaps as a punishment."

For almost a decade the website has sent dead roses all over the world, the packages that are filled dead roses that still include the thorns and they say that Valentine's Day is their busiest time of the year.
"They're carefully dried so they won't fall apart during shipping, unless of course you want them smashed. We don't charge extra for smashing," he said.

This website offers to send a smelly, dead fish to the one who did you wrong. "You know the saying: "Don't get mad, get even"," said a notice on the Web site.
Other Web sites allow you to send black roses, just the stems of roses, funeral wreaths or melted chocolates... pretty crazy wouldn't you say?
While the best advice is that we all leave our past relationships where they belong, move on with our lives and remember the saying that "The best revenge is living a happy life" there are still some of us that will continue to hold that grudge and yes... probably send a dead fish to that jerk that dumped you last year at your own birthday party.
