SaraBeth talks ‘I’m Sick of It’ single and Brett Eldredge (Includes interview)

Regarding her new single “I’m Sick of It,” SaraBeth said, “It has been really exciting. It was the first song I ever wrote with Gwen Sebastian and Glen Mitchell. Glen plays guitar like a mad-man and he started playing this angry guitar lick, and it was inspired by the guitar lick that he was playing. Everybody was happy and nobody was going through a break-up. Gwen and I channeled our inner mean girls, and came up with the song,” SaraBeth said.

On her plans for the future, she said, “It has been an exciting couple of weeks, and you just hope that things come into place. Obviously, we are promoting the single that is out at radio, and the music video just got added to the Virgin-produced playlist, so Virgin Entertainment will have it in their hotels and airplanes, which is really exciting for the music video.”

She will be busy this summer doing shows, which will include appearances at CMA Music Festival. “I am going over to the U.K. and I will be doing 12 shows there. It should be a lot of fun,” she said.

SaraBeth listed country star Brett Eldredge as her dream male duet choice. “I love Brett Eldredge’s voice, and he is really easy on the eyes. He can sing anything. That would be really cool someday,” she said.
