By Markos Papadatos     Jul 4, 2014 in Music
New York fans of progressive rock music are in for a real treat. Iconic rock band Yes will be touring in the area next week.
On July 9, they will be playing a show at Radio City Music Hall in the heart of New York, and three days later, on July 12, they will be performing at the NYCB Theatre at Westbury in Long Island, New York.
In 2014, they scored a nomination for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Their musical catalog
include such hits as "Roundabout," "I've Seen All Good People," "Owner of a Lonely Heart," "Leave It," and "It Can Happen."
Yes was recently featured as one of Digital Journal's "five most overdue acts for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction."
This past October, I was privileged enough to interview Alan White, the drummer of Yes, for their "Cruise to the Edge," which can be seen by clicking here.
