Op-Ed: Robin Thicke: One of music most’s charismatic live performers

Tomorrow, on January 24, Thicke is scheduled to perform at PlayStation Theater in the heart of New York City, as part of the “Ultimate Tailgate Party,” which is sponsored by such New York radio stations as NASH FM 94.7, Radio 103.9, 77 WABC and 95.5 WPLJ. He will be sharing the stage with country star Randy Houser, and Amani Toomer, formely of the New York Giants, will be a special guest.

Thicke’s smash single, the Grammy-nominated “Blurred Lines,” stayed at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts for 12 weeks back in 2013.

In the past, Thicke played two shows in New York, at The Paramount and Madison Square Garden, and both of them were well-received. He knows how to command the stage well, and the fans inevitably love him in return, thanks to his catchy tunes.
