Valory Music Company recording country artist Thomas Rhett rocks on the music video for his new single "Get Me Some of That."
It was co-written by his father, country singer Rhett Akins, as well as such songwriters as Michael Carter and Cole Swindell, the latter of which is signed to Warner Music Nashville.
Similar to his previous single "It Goes Like This," the latest "Get Me Some of That" is radio-friendly and infectious. It is the perfect tune to sing along to while driving in your car. Many of his fans can easily relate due to its fun and clever lyrics. It is played regularly on New York's country radio station, Nash FM 94.7, and rightfully so.
When he performed at New York City's Irving Plaza a few weeks prior, it was one of the highlight songs of his set.
"Get Me Some of That" has reached No. 12 on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts, for the week of April 5. The tune has charted for 19 weeks and it peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, a more comprehensive chart which encompasses digital singles sales in addition to radio airplay.
Overall, Thomas Rhett's new single "Get Me Some of That" garners 4.5 out of 5 stars. It hope to see it climb to the top of the charts where it deserves to go. With more songs of this caliber, he will be on the road to country super-stardom. Keep up the great work Rhett!
