Review: Thomas Newson and Kill The Buzz superb at Marquee New York (Includes first-hand account)

They were able to warm up the stage for headlining act, superstar DJ and producer Hardwell, as part of his “Revealed: North American Bus Tour.” The tracks they played were uplifting, melodic and diverse, thus made for the Marquee New York dance-floor.

Newson and Kill The Buzz had the New York crowd with them every step of the way, and one would have never realized that it was a Thursday night. They gave the audience exactly what they wanted.

The Verdict

Overall, Thomas Newson and Kill The Buzz delivered at Marquee New York. Their DJ sets were versatile and memorable, thus proving that their future in the electronic dance music industry should be promising. Both of their live shows earned two thumbs up, and they are worth seeing whenever they perform their own solo DJ sets in town.
