Global music star Taylor Swift collaborated with Kendrick Lamar on her latest single "Bad Blood" and they released an incredible music video to go along with it.
It is a track from her latest studio album 1989, and the song's music video features an all-star cast of entertainers. These include Taylor Swift as "Catastrophe," Selena Gomez as "Arsyn," Karlie Kloss as "Knockout," Kendrick Lamar as "Welvin Da Great," Jessica Alba as "Domino," British songstress Ellie Goulding as "Destructa X," GiGi Hadid as "Slay-Z," Paramore's Hayley Williams as "The Crimson Curse," Zendaya as "Cut-Throat," Mariska Hargitay (from Law & Order) as "Justice" and Cindy Crawford as "Headmistress," among others.
Swift's latest song is extremely radio-friendly and upbeat, and it has elements of pop, hip-hop and electronic music. It was co-penned by Swift, Kendrick Lamar, and co-producers Max Martin and Shellback.
The Verdict
Overall, Taylor Swift has found a way to reinvent herself, from a music video standpoint, and her "Bad Blood" music video is refreshing and filled with action. It garners an A rating.
