Review: Martina McBride sings ‘I’m Gonna Love You Through It’ on ‘Ellen’

The country songstress appeared on Ellen, where she joined McKenna to serenade her mother, who is battling Stage 4 of Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

The original clip may be seen below.

In this episode, host Ellen DeGeneres interviewed Dianna and her mother, Dee, about her daughter’s poignant tribute, and how it has helped boost up her spirits. The surprise was McBride’s cameo on the show, where they sang “I’m Gonna Love You Through It Together,” which subsequently brought everybody to tears

McBride is thrilled with the fact that inspirational song continues to make a difference in the lives of every-day people, and she noted that she is grateful to be a part of the song’s message.

The official video of their duet performance on Ellen, may be seen on McBride’s homepage.

This is one of many philanthropic efforts that McBride and her charitable group of fans, Team Martina, are involved in.
