By Markos Papadatos     Jan 18, 2016 in Music
Rock and Roll Hall of Famer David Bowie released his final music video for the song "Lazarus," and it is a brave effort.
"Lazarus" is a track from his chart-topping album, Blackstar. It was written solely by David Bowie, and co-produced by Bowie and his producer, Tony Visconti.
"Look up here, man, I'm in danger, I've got nothing left to lose, I'm so high, it makes my brain whirl, dropped my cell phone down below, ain't that just like me," Bowie sings.
Fans can check out his Blackstar album by clicking here on iTunes and on Spotify.
The Verdict
Overall, David Bowie is able to deliver on his last music video for "Lazarus," and it is a fitting farewell for his fans and listeners. It sends chills down one's spine, similar to Johnny Cash's video for "Hurt." Bowie's "Lazarus" music video garners two thumbs up.
