By Markos Papadatos     Oct 5, 2014 in Music
World renowned trance DJ and producer released his "A State of Trance 2014" CD, which is packed with many of the greatest EDM tracks of the year.
A Dutch electronic dance music superstar, Armin divides this collection into two discs, appropriately titled "On The Beach," which features 17 dance singles, and "In The Club," the latter of which is comprised of 18 club-worthy tracks.
While all of the singles are solid, the ones that truly stand out "On The Beach" include the ambient opener "Medusa," "Burn the Sun," "My Heaven," Aly & Fila's "End of the Road," Andrew Rayel's gorgeous "Goodbye," Markus Schultz' "Destino" and the highlight vocal is Gareth Emery and Bo Bruce's "U," with Bryan Kearney as its remixer.
Armin's "In The Club" disc commences with the soaring trance tune "Eiforya," which is pronounced "euphoria," where he collaborates with Andrew Rayel. Other noteworthy songs include Alexander Popov's "Quantum," Gaia's "Empire of Hearts," Marlo's "Visions," as well as Inge Bergmann's "Oblivion." It closes with Armin's "Ping Pong," which is truly spectacular to see in his live concerts.
