Reba is queen of country charts with new ‘Love Somebody’ album

This marks her twelfth career chart-topping album, and it reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200 all-genre charts. It was released via her new label, Nash Icon Records. Reba sold 62,469 units in her first week, which is an impressive accomplishment, especially since this marks her first new material in almost five years. It received a glowing review from Digital Journal.

Her album features her sassy lead single “Going Out Like That,” which catapulted to No. 1 on the iTunes country songs charts in both the United States and Canada. It also features “Enough,” a duet with Jennifer Nettles from the country duo Sugarland.

Most recently, at the 50th anniversary of the Academy of Country Music (ACM) awards, which were held in Dallas, Texas, Reba was presented with an ACM Milestone Award for being the “most-awarded Female Vocalist of the Year” in the award show’s ceremony. She holds seven “Top Female Vocalist” wins to her credit.

Last summer, she played the Johnny Cash Music Festival with Country Music Hall of Famers Loretta Lynn and Bobby Bare.
