article imagePaul van Dyk to play Memorial Day show in Governors Island, NYC

By Markos Papadatos     May 3, 2014 in Music
World renowned DJ and Grammy-nominated artist Paul van Dyk will be playing a show in New York City this Memorial Day weekend.
It will take place on May 26 at Governors Beach Club at Governors Island in New York City and it is presented by Made Event.
Throughout his career, he has been crowned No. 1 DJ in the world by DJ Magazine's Top 100 poll twice (in 2005 and 2006), which is something less than a handful of DJs have ever achieved, and he continues to be at the top of his game in the electronic dance music (EDM) scene.
His popular radio show VONYC Sessions can be heard on iHeartRadio's Trancid Channel in the United States, as well as in over 50 radio station worldwide.
This Memorial Day will be special for Paul van Dyk for an additional reason. It will coincide with the release of the new Las Salinas remix of his classic hit "Crush," via his record label, Vandit. The track first made a buzz 10 years ago and it is featured on his Grammy-nominated Reflections album. This song will be spotlighted during his forthcoming Governors Island set, which is one EDM concert that should not be missed.
