By Markos Papadatos     Jan 10, 2016 in Music
On Jan. 6, pop star Meghan Trainor had a big night at this year's People's Choice Awards. "Title" was named "Favorite Album."
Title bested albums by such noteworthy artists as Fall Out Boy, The Weeknd, Drake and Imagine Dragons.
Trainor's album features such hit singles as "All About That Bass," "Lips Are Movin'" and "Dear Future Husband."
In her acceptance speech, Trainor remarked, "Hello. Wow. I just want to say I am the biggest fan of everybody in this category. I can't believe I was even nominated. That was wild and insane, and I'm shaking. I wanted to be an artist so bad, and to have fans. None of us would be here without the fans. Thank you so much for helping all of our dreams come true."
