Two-time Grammy winner Lorde announced that she will be returning to North America this fall. Her tour will begin in Philadelphia's Mann Center on September 5.
Two of her stops will be in the New York City area, on September 15 and 16, where she will play at United Palace Theatre for back-to-back shows.
As Digital Journal previously reported, her concert at the Roseland Ballroom in New York, this past March was well-received.
A New Zealand songstress, her critically-acclaimed debut album Pure Heroine continues to dominate the Billboard album charts. Her single "Royals" has been certified quadruple platinum and it holds the record for the longest No. 1 tune on the Billboard Hot 100 charts by a female artist in 2013.
This past January, she walked away with "Song of the Year" and "Best Pop Solo Performance" awards at the Grammy awards, and most recently, she took home the Billboard Music Award for "Best New Artist" and for "Best Rock Song" for "Royals." The teen singer-songwriter also performed her current single "Tennis Court" for the first time on national television at the Billboard Music Awards, that were held in Las Vegas.
