article imageJohn King scores Top 40 country hit with 'Tonight Tonight'

By Markos Papadatos     Sep 1, 2014 in Music
Up-and-coming country singer John King has scored his first Top 40 hit with his breakthrough country single "Tonight Tonight."
The Georgia native shared the good news via a post on his Twitter page. "#tonighttonight is Top 40 @ country charts today y'all. Thought I'd break out da Captains Hat to celebrate #laborday," he tweeted to his fans and followers.
This comes as no surprise, especially since his debut single "Tonight Tonight" is played consistently on New York's hit country radio station, Nash FM 94.7.
A Black River Entertainment recording artist, King will be playing a free concert for Nash FM 94.7 as part of its "Last Summer Bash" on September 6, along with country singer Danielle Bradbery and country duo Maddie and Tae at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, New York, so Long Island fans can see him performing "Tonight Tonight" live at that show this weekend. Beloved radio personalities Kelly Ford and Jesse Addy from Nash FM will be hosting this event.
