By Markos Papadatos     Aug 6, 2014 in Music
Country star Joe Nichols' latest single "Yeah" has spent three weeks at No. 1 on country radio and it has been certified gold.
This marks Nichols' fourth gold-certified single in his career. After "Sunny and 75," his sophomore single "Yeah" became his second consecutive gold-certified single by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). It is a track from his latest studio album, Crickets, which was released on his record label, Red Bow Records.
"Yeah" continues to remain in the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay Songs charts, showcasing its longevity on the charts.
Digital Journal sat down and chatted with Joe Nichols, prior to his concert at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater in New York on July 27, while he was on Lady Antebellum's headlining "Take Me Downtown" tour with Billy Currington, and that interview can be seen by clicking here.
Nichols' live show at Jones Beach was fantastic and it subsequently received a deserving glowing review.
