Interview: Country singer JT Hodges discusses his plans for 2016 (Includes interview)

Regarding his previous single, “Ray Bans,” he said, “It is still doing well for me. It’s crazy. I’m working on some new music now, and hopefully, I will have it out in the fall.”

This summer has been a busy touring season for Hodges. “It has been good,” he admitted. “The future is bright. There are a lot of possibilities. The entertainment business is a crazy place, so I feel that anything could happen. You just got to put yourself out there.”

He had nothing but kind remarks for country singer Jessie James Decker and her husband, football player Eric Decker. “Jessie and Eric are great friends of mine. They are good people,” he said.

Hodges hinted that he may be going on a potential fall tour with fellow country singer James Otto. “That could be a lot of fun. He’s a good dude,” he said.

Digital Journal lucky enough to review Hodges’ recent set at the Great South Bay Music Festival in Patchogue.
