Toronto - On June 3, Imagine Dragons released their CD and DVD for "Smoke + Mirrors Live," where they partnered with Live Alliance and Eagle Vision.
This collection was directed by Dick Carruthers and produced by Jeremy Azis. It was filmed in front of 15,000 fans in Toronto, Canada. They opened their set with "Shots" and it was followed by "Trouble" and "It's Time," thus showcasing their high-energy live performance.
The band immediately broke into "Forever Young" and "Smoke and Mirrors," the latter of which was the title of their tour, as well as their sophomore studio album. Equally impressive are "Polaroid," "I'm So Sorry," and the follow-ups "Thief" and "Gold."
It is safe to say that the group saved their best vocals for last, which included their infectious "I Bet My Life," "Demons" and their Grammy-winning "Radioactive."
When the band posted the announcement of their new live DVD, one fan posted on their Facebook page, "Thank you so much for this! I feel like I'm right back in Atlanta with y'all!! I cannot believe the emotion I feel while watching this video!! Until we meet again!! #ForeverDragons"
The Verdict
