Atlantic Nashville recording artist Hunter Hayes has celebrated a new digital milestone. He has surpassed two million fans on Facebook.
Ever since he emerged in the music scene, a little over three years ago, everything has been a whirlwind for the young country star. He has accumulated four Grammy nominations, enjoyed chart-topping singles with "Wanted," "Somebody's Heartbreak" and "I Want Crazy" and has headlined several of his own tours.
The gracious country singer has thanked his fans for all of their support, and dubbed them as "absolutely awesome." "Two million likes on Facebook," he exclaimed, in a special video message for his fans. "That is just nuts. It's crazy."
He shared that literally one year ago, he celebrated one million fans on Facebook, when he was at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. Hayes was in total awe that this year, that number of fans has doubled.
As Digital Journal reported, Hayes will be kicking off his "Tattoo (Your Name)" tour in New York's Best Buy Theater on October 28.
