Country star Faith Hill has another milestone to add to her resume. She will be serving as co-executive producer for an innovative new daytime talk show.
The name of the show is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks. In this new venture, the "Mississippi Girl" singer will be teaming up with former Oprah co-executive producer and OWN executive Lisa Erspamer, as well as Sandbox Entertainment's Jason Owen (who also manages Little Big Town and Shania Twain), and Legendary Television.
This new program will be an informative, southern-inspired celebration of every-day living and other activities. It will feature insights from the top taste-makers and experts in such fields as cooking and gardening, to entertainment and even home design.
Country singer Kellie Pickler (and former American Idol alumna) has been announced as the first host of this new talk show.
Throughout her respected career in the music industry, Hill has been hailed as one of country and pop music's best-selling female artists of all-time. She is a winner of five Grammy awards (thanks to the success of her smash single "Breathe" and the album of that name), as well as 12 Academy of Country Music (ACM) awards, and three Country Music Association (CMA) awards. Fourteen of her singles have reached the top of the charts, and the acclaimed songstress has sold over 30 million records worldwide. She is married to country mega-star Tim McGraw, and they live in Nashville, with their three daughters.
