Dustin Lynch talks new country single ‘Seein’ Red,’ clothing line (Includes interview)

Regarding his new single, “Seein’ Red,” Lynch said, “It’s a sexy tempo and that’s what drew me to the song. Those are hard to come by. I was touring with Luke Bryan for the past year and a half, and he has been blessed to have some big hits with these type of songs. This song will go well in a live setting.”

He collaborated with veteran producer Mickey Jack Cones yet again for “Seein’ Red.” “What I love about the production that Mickey and I came up is the fact that there are these pop guitar riffs that intertwine with the steel guitars in a great way. It still has that nice country thread to it as well,” he said. “I am excited about this new album. We will do some things differently than what we have done, and that is exciting. I love how this album is progressing. ‘Seein’ Red’ is a great introduction to what is coming. We have some great new sounds that we are going to play with.”

Most recently, Lynch launched his new clothing line, “Stay Country.” “Just to see the excitement from these folks in the fashion world is really cool to see. I am definitely taking my time with it, and making sure we are making all the right moves. It’s a cool feeling and a great challenge for me. It has been out for about a month and we’ve seen people in the crowds wearing clothes that we designed, and that is an amazing accomplishment,” he said.

Lynch hopes to someday return to perform at The Paramount again on Long Island. “I really want to get back to The Paramount. What a great night. That’s a cool venue. What a vibe to that place, “Lynch said.
