Cole Swindell nominated for 2015 ACM ‘New Artist of the Year’

Swindell is nominated along with fellow country singer-songwriters Thomas Rhett and Sam Hunt. The fan voting for this award will begin on April 8 on the official CBS website.

His latest radio single “Ain’t Worth The Whiskey” is a Top 12 hit on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts, moving up one spot from last week’s position, and climbing. It garnered a positive review from Digital Journal.

Both of Swindell’s previous singles “Chillin’ It” and “Hope You Get Lonely Tonight” reached the top of the country charts, and they are tracks on his debut self-titled studio album.

Tune in on April 19 on CBS to see if Swindell will walk away with the 2015 ACM award for “New Artist of the Year.”
