Chatting with country singer Chris Lane: ‘Fix’ (Includes interview)

On performing at The Paramount, he said, “It feels great. I was on Long Island not long ago, and it feels good to be here tonight. It’s my first time ever playing The Paramount, so I’m super-excited. The tour is going great, and it has just been fun.”

Lane added, “The Paramount is one of the nicest venues that we have played on this whole tour so far. It has a great room and I can’t wait to get on stage to play my set.”

His debut single, “Fix,” has already has 73 first-week adds on the country radio airwaves, which is an accomplishment in itself. “It was a big first day,” Lane said. “I was actually in New York City on Monday and Tuesday just running all over the city, so we celebrated that night by eating a big dinner. It was a great day.”

For the lyric video of “Fix,” Lane compiled a bunch of footage from a lot of his shows over the summer, and they put all that footage together, and the result was an impressive video clip. “It was an exciting time. I am just glad there are a lot of believers and lovers of ‘Fix,'” he said.

Lane had nothing but the kindest words for headliner Dustin Lynch for bringing him on his “Hell of a Night” tour. “I am glad Dustin decided to take me out on this tour. He is great. We have known each other for quite some time,” he said.
