A year's worth of hard work is finally paid off for country singer Brett Eldredge at this year's Country Music Association (CMA) awards.
The Atlantic Nashville recording artist remarked in his acceptance speech, "I remember a few years ago I got here so early, like three years ago, I went out there to sit, and I was the only person sitting out there."
In addition, Eldredge shared a video message on his Facebook page, which showcased his appreciation for his fans believing in him. "Best night of my life! Thank you all for believing in me, it means so so much!" he exclaimed in a post.
On the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts, Eldredge is headed for yet another Top 20 country hit with his latest radio single, "Mean To Me." This week it moves up one spot to No. 22.
Throughout his career, two of his singles have already reached the top of the charts, including "Beat of the Music" and "Don't Ya." It is safe to say with his new recognition, "Mean To Me" is on its way in achieving the same success.
