Country singer and songwriter Brantley Gilbert has struck gold for the fourth time in his career, thanks to the success of "Bottoms Up."
It is the lead single from his upcoming studio album Just As I Am, which will be released on May 19 on his label, The Valory Music Company. It has sold over 740,000 downloads to date as it has been certified by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
"Bottoms Up" propelled to No. 8 on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts, moving up 7 spots from No. 15 last week, making it the greatest gainer. It has peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts for two weeks. The song's music video is approaching 9.7 million views on his VEVO page.
Gilbert is kicking off his headlining "Let It Ride Tour" in La Crosse, Wisconsin, where he will be joined by special guests Eric Paslay and fellow label-mate Thomas Rhett.
As Digital Journal previously reported, "Bottoms Up" was well-received with a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.
