article imageAdam Lambert and Queen joined onstage by Lady Gaga

By Markos Papadatos     Aug 31, 2014 in Music
Adam Lambert and rock band Queen played a show in Sydney, Australia, this past Wednesday, August 27, and they had a special musical guest onstage with them. Lady Gaga.
Even from his American Idol days, Lambert has always listed Katy Perry and Lady Gaga as his dream female duet choices, and it is great that his wish was fulfilled with the latter of the two songstresses, and I'm sure it does not get any better than singing with Brian May and Roger Taylor from the iconic rock group Queen.
Most impressive about Lambert is that he has stayed true to himself while fronting the band, while tipping his hat to the late, but great Freddie Mercury. Lambert and Queen's show at Madison Square Garden in New York City was fantastic as Digital Journal reported.
Gaga, who is affectionately dubbed by her fans as "Mother Monster," sang with them on their rocking version of "Another One Bites the Dust." Ironically enough, her stage name was inspired by the classic Queen hit "Radio Ga Ga." She was dressed as an 80s rocker, and her hair was displayed in a huge black afro wig.
The pop queen shared her excitement via post on her Instagram page. "Me, Dr. Brian May, Adam Lambert in plain site with the whole gang. #anotheronebitesthedust for this New Yorker #dreamscometrueItellyou," she posted, prior to noting that it was an emotional occasion for her in a subsequent post.
