The first trailer has been streamed for "The Walking Dead: No Going Back" which is the finale to season two of Telltale Games' "The Walking Dead" video game.
It was not long ago that Telltale Games released the fourth episode to season two of The Walking Dead video game, “Amid The Ruins.” Amid The Ruins was released back in July as the penultimate episode of the game; part five is called “No Going Back.” If you have played "Amid The Ruins," then you should know how that one ended with what's left of your group (Clementine, Kenny, Mike, Luke and Bonnie) and a small group of Russians. Rebecca ended up dying and turning into a zombie; no matter who shot and killed Rebecca, the confrontation between your group and Arvo's group (the Russians) ended up in a blaze of gunfire. There were no scenes shown for season five.
Now, Telltale Games has streamed the first trailer for "No Going Back." This trailer contains plenty of spoilers for the first four episodes of season two. If you have played through those episodes, this trailer gives a recap of what happened.
This trailer shows an original scene that takes place before the start of season one. It has Clementine, the protagonist of season two, in the video. Her babysitter, Sandra, is the one who is taking the video. If you have played through the first season, you will learn that Sandra died and became a zombie which caused Clementine to hide out in the tree house the whole time before being saved by season one protagonist Lee Everett. Then, it cuts to Clementine seemingly alone in the cold.
On August 26, North American players can purchase the game through the Playstation Store for the Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita. The rest of the world can get this game for Mac and PC; you can buy this through Steam. On August 27, Europe gets it through the Playstation Store while the rest of the world can get the game through Xbox Live.
The game is tied in with the ongoing graphic novel of the same name; but, the game focuses on a different adventure. You can call this a side story.
