In the spirit of Halloween, the Steam Store is having a special sale with most horror games being sold at a massive discount prices.
The Steam Halloween Sale offers a verity of horror games either individually or as part of a massive bundle that are being sold for 20 to 90 percent off the regular prices. This offer is not available for new releases like Alien: Isolation or The Evil Within while some games like Manhunt are not available for a discount price.
Among the major titles for sale are the Resident Evil series, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, Dead Space along with both Left 4 Dead games. Indie games like Five Nights at Freddy's and Slender: The Arrival can also be purchased for an affordable price.
Some of the notable bundles that are being offered are the BioShock Triple Pack, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Bundle, and the F.E.A.R. Collection.
Gamers will also find titles that they would not associate with the horror genre but do have some horror elements. Most notable was Spec Ops: The Line, a psychological military game that explores the horrors committed during conflicts.
The Steam Halloween Sale started on Halloween and will end on November 3 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time.
